How sustainable is your packaging?
All of my packing material is compostable and/or recyclable - I ship in recyclable cardboard boxes and compostable mailers, and my prints are packaged in compostable bio-plastic sleeves with recyclable cardstock backings.

Do you sell wholesale?
I sure do! I am working on getting my Faire site up, but in the meantime, if you’re interested in carrying my work wholesale, please reach out to me directly.

I loved your last collection, but I missed something I wanted! Will it be restocked?
All of my collections are available for a limited time, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Sometimes I do release things from the vault again, so if there is something you really want to see come back, reach out to me and let me know! I’ll do my best to add it to the list. 

When will my order be shipped?
Current processing time is about 4-5 business days, and I wait 24 hours before filling any orders to allow time for any needed corrections.

Help! I can't find my package.

If you purchased Route purchase protection with your order, you can file a claim here.

If your tracking info says your package is delivered but it is nowhere to be found, give it a minute! This is normal and is the result of parcels being scanned prematurely or out of order by USPS. It will normally arrive in the next day or two. If over a week has passed and your order still has not arrived, you will need to file a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS here.

Please note, I cannot refund shipping or cover the shipping costs on orders that have been returned to sender or were the result of any error made while inputting your shipping address.

Do you accept returns?
As a small business where all of my items are made by hand, I unfortunately can’t offer returns. However if there is any issue with your order please email me and I’ll see what I can do to help!
