Angie's vibrant, pinup-inspired illustrations are always hand-drawn (never AI), and celebrate diversity, queer joy, radical self-love, magic, and body positivity.
Our products are made to be accessible, supportive, and to make you feel magical. They are made for weird kids and adults who haven’t always had an easy time finding their place in the world.
Origin Story
Growing up a weird, pudgy girl in the 90s and early 2000s, Angie frequently felt out of place and not good enough. Body positivity wasn’t a thing, America Ferrera was considered “fat,” low-rise jeans were all the rage, and a size 12 was the biggest you could find. Big girls didn’t exist, and if they did, they were the butt of a joke, not the hero.
So she turned to magick, art, and storytelling. She drew characters with the same rolls and tummy that she had, in the clothes she wished she could wear, but that never came in her size. She wrote stories where she got to be the hero. And she whispered unspoken dreams to candles and deities in the dark, hoping someone would hear them.
Twenty years later, Rainbow Coven Designs is a celebration of that little girl who never felt seen, and anyone else who might feel the same way.
Rainbow Coven is about coming home to yourself; to realizing you were always good enough, exactly the way you are; and that there is nothing wrong with you, and there never was.
