Hi! I'm Angie (she/they)

I'm the queer neurodivergent artist, designer, and witch behind Rainbow Coven Designs.

Everything in my shop is handmade, illustrated, and designed by me. My work celebrates diversity, queer joy, radical self-love, magick, and body positivity. I'm glad you're here!

Body positive queen

I started drawing "curvy" characters in high school because I didn't see myself represented in...well, anything. I wanted to see someone who looked like me looking sexy, strong, and confident, things I didn't feel myself.

Since then, I've realized how many other people don't see themselves represented positively, which, honestly? is super lame. Every person deserves to see themselves looking and feeling amazing (it's a lot of why I do custom work). I hope you see someone beautiful in my work, and that that someone could be you.

Queer enough

As a genderfluid, pansexual artist, I spent much of my life feeling like I wasn’t "queer enough," especially while in relationships with cis men. Even though I can pass as straight, embracing my queer identity openly (rather than allowing myself to become invisible) has become a powerful act of self-love and visibility.

Now, as a proud LGBTQIA2S+ creator, I’m committed to celebrating queer joy, representation, and community, especially for younger queer folx who deserve to see themselves reflected in the world. Sharing my truth helps me feel connected, and I hope it helps others feel less alone.

What's in a Name

When I rebranded in 2024, I wanted my business name to reflect both my values and the kind of art I create.

  • "Rainbow" indicates more than the bright spectrum of color that makes up my art - it represents queerness, diversity of body types, abilities, gender identities, races and ethnicities, and more.

  • "Coven" is not just for my magical, witchy side, but also because my coven is my crew - the people I love, depend on, cry and laugh with.

  • Rainbow Coven Designs is about being authentically you, accepting and loving yourself exactly as you are, and being seen, accepted, and loved exactly as you are by others.
